NCCI COUNSELING SERVICES (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information in accordance with:

We act as a Data Controller when determining how and why your personal data is processed.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, race, biometrics, precise geolocation).

  • Contact form submissions: 12 months

  • Transaction records: 7 years

  • Analytics data: up to 26 months

  • Cookies: per cookie policy (see Section 11)

We notify affected users and regulators within 72 hours of a known breach.

13. Appeals Process (Virginia & Other State Laws)

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing counselingservicesinc@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will review and respond within 60 days.

If you are a Virginia resident and are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may also contact the Virginia Attorney General.

 

14. Authorized Agents (California)

California residents may authorize an agent to act on their behalf by providing written permission and verifying their identity.

 

15. Financial Incentives (California)

We do not provide loyalty programs, discounts, or incentives in exchange for personal information.

 

16. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California)

We do not sell or share personal data as defined under CPRA.

17. Accessibility

To enhance the experience for users with disabilities, we have integrated a free Userway accessibility widget on the Site. This widget provides a variety of tools that improve accessibility and usability, including options for adjusting text size, contrast, and more.
